Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and carefully package your items before they begin their journey to you.
Subscription Timeline
Every Letter League parcel is carefully created and curated each month.

- The 20th of the Month: To receive the upcoming month’s collection, please ensure your membership is active by the 20th. Otherwise, your subscription will begin the month after.
- The First Week of the Month: All parcels are hand-packed and dispatched from our studio during the first week of each new month.

The Letter League Shipping:
Letter League parcels ship via USPS with tracking the first week of each month. Shipping is included in the price of your monthly subscription.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the following:
- The total weight of your order.
- The shipping method you select (Standard vs. Priority).
- The delivery address (Domestic vs. International).
To estimate your shipping price, add your items to your cart, go to the checkout and enter your delivery address to display shipping prices.
Orders to the domestic U.S. over $25 qualify for free ground shipping. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. No code needed!
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.
Responsibility & Lost Packages
We take great care in preparing each order, but once the carrier confirms delivery to your provided address, the responsibility for the package passes to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after a successful delivery.
Please double-check your address! If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will gladly reship it to you for an additional shipping fee.
Missing a delivered package?
- Please first confirm your shipping address.
- Check with neighbors or others in your home.
- Reach out to the carrier directly. They are the best resource for locating a misdelivered item.
