Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and carefully package your items before they begin their journey to you.

Subscription Timeline

Every Letter League parcel is carefully created and curated each month.

    • 25th of the Month: To receive the upcoming month’s parcel, please ensure your membership is active by the 25th of the current month. Otherwise, your subscription will begin the month after next.
    • Beginning of the Month: All parcels are hand-packed and dispatched from our studio at the beginning of each new month.

Shipping Costs & Estimated Transit Times

We offer various shipping options depending how quickly you need your order to arrive. Transit times begin after the order has been processed and shipped from our Knoxville, Tennessee studio.

Orders over $25 automatically qualify for free standard shipping. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. No code needed!

The Letter League Shipping

The Letter League parcels ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included. All Letter League parcels ship the first week of each month. Shipping is already included in the total price of your subscription.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.

Responsibility & Lost Packages

We take great care in preparing each order, but once the carrier confirms delivery to your provided address, the responsibility for the package passes to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Please check your address! If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will gladly reship it to you for an additional shipping fee.

Missing a delivered package?

  1. Please first confirm your shipping address is correct.
  2. Check with neighbors or others in your home.
  3. Reach out to the carrier directly. They are the best resource for locating a misdelivered item.
