Subscription Timeline
To ensure you receive the next scheduled shipment of The Letter League, your order (or renewal) must be placed by the 20th of the current month.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the following factors:
- The total weight of your order.
- The shipping method you select (Standard vs. Priority).
- The delivery address (Domestic vs. International).
To estimate your shipping price, add your items to your cart, go to the checkout and enter your delivery address to display shipping prices.
*Domestic orders to the U.S. over $25 qualify for free shipping. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. No code needed!
Order Tracking
As soon as your order takes flight, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.
Responsibility & Lost Packages
We take great care in preparing your order, but once the carrier confirms delivery to your provided address, the responsibility for the package passes to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after a successful delivery.
Please double-check your address! If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will gladly re-ship it to you for an additional shipping fee.
