General Return Policy

Because our products are printed on delicate, archival paper, we strive to ensure every detail is perfect before it leaves our studio. To maintain the integrity of our paper goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if there is a special circumstance or issue with your order, we are happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Despite our careful packaging, sometimes the journey is a bit rough. If your items arrive damaged, or if you received the wrong item by mistake, we are happy to replace the item for you.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item.

We will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.

Subscription Cancellation

The Letter League is our monthly stationery subscription.

Once a monthly subscription has been paid for, no refunds will be issued for that month’s shipment, even if you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account portal. Cancellation stops all future billing, but does not affect the current month's shipment.

If your subscription shipment arrives damaged or contains defective items, the policy outlined above applies, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
