General Return Policy

We hope you love your Opal Letter Co. products. We strive to ensure every detail is perfect before our products leave the studio.

To maintain the integrity of our paper goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is a special circumstance with your order, we are happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Despite our careful packaging, sometimes the journey is a bit rough. If your items arrive damaged, or if you received the wrong item by mistake, we are happy to replace the item for you.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.

We will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.

Pause or Cancel Your Subscription

The Letter League is our monthly stationery subscription. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account dashboard.

Please note! Cancellation stops all future billing, but does not affect the current month's shipment. Once a monthly subscription has been paid for, no refunds will be issued for that month’s shipment, even if you cancel your subscription.

If your Letter League parcel arrives damaged, the policy above applies and we will send a replacement free of charge.
