Can I cancel or modify my order?

At this time, all sales are final once placed. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and carefully package your items before they begin their journey to you.

All subscriptions to The Letter League ship at the beginning of each month.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your items arrive damaged in transit, we are happy to help.

How do I manage my Letter League subscription?

The Letter League is our monthly stationery subscription. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account dashboard.

Please note! Cancellation stops all future billing, but does not affect a shipment already in progress and no refunds will be issued for that shipment.

If your Letter League parcel arrives damaged, the policy above applies and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we are only able to ship to United States domestic addresses. We are working on expanding our reach to more corners of the world soon!
