Can I cancel or modify my order?

All sales are final once placed. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and carefully package your items before they begin their journey to you.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order takes flight, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your items arrive damaged, we are happy to help.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the U.S. and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more corners of the world soon!

We are committed to honoring the natural world that inspires us.

Our products are made from sustainably-sourced cotton paper and are 100% plastic-free. By printing on recovered cotton fibers, a byproduct of the textile industry, we create our products without the need for timber. We also use recyclable packaging whenever possible.
