Can I cancel or modify my order?

At this time, all sales are final once placed. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and carefully package your items before they begin their journey to you.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your items arrive damaged in transit, we are happy to help.
